Booth Pricing

• Artist 10×10 – $240
   
• Exhibitor inline 10×10 – $285
   
• Exhibitor extended 10×20 – $400
   
• Exhibitor corner booth 10×30 – $675 
   
• Exhibitor 10×40 – $850

Booth Terms & Conditions

• Placement at sole discretion of VAC.
• Booth Sharing is not permitted.
• Additional Exhibitor Badges available online at purchase and at load-in.
• Pipe and drape are provided.
• Load-in instructions are provided 2 weeks prior to the event for artists booths and 3 weeks prior for exhibitor booths.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Electricity is not provided.
• Exhibitors attempting to sell bootleg items may be removed from the event without refund.

Additional Needs

Additional tables, as well as chairs, skirting, and additional pipe and drape, as well as electricity, are available through the Convention Center. These must be covered at your own cost.
